Description

Unusual bar earrings made in copper and teamed with a variety of enamels to create a two tone effect for a casual pop of colour.

Each pair of these copper earrings are textured before vitreous enamel is torch fired onto the metal creating a rustic two tone effect that compliments the copper beautifully.

You can choose your shade from the menu and should you require a specific colour not shown – just email me and I will make them to order!

They are suspended from sterling silver handmade ball ear wires

Vitreous enamel powders are fused to copper or silver in a multitude of delicious shades using a kiln or by torch firing.  Alongside jewellery I also create copper enamel bowls and wall art in my home studio in East Sussex.

Refund Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In the unlikely event that you're unhappy with your purchase, you're eligible for a full refund (shipping cost not included) once you've returned the item.

Under EU regulations, you have 14 days from receiving the goods to request a refund. The customer will pay the postage when returning an item. The returned item must be sent unworn and undamaged. When the item you've bought has been lost or damaged in the mail, please contact me and let me know if you'd prefer a refund or a replacement item.

In the unlikely event that you're not completely happy with your item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please let me know that you are returning an item and be aware that you are responsible for the item on its return journey. Items must be returned in the same condition as sent and in the original packaging.

Bespoke or custom orders are non -returnable items.

Care Instructions

Enamel jewellery is glass on metal. It is extremely durable and totally fade-resistant. The enamel component can be cleaned with water and a mild detergent if needed. Please do not drop onto a hard surface such as tile or cement as this will cause chipping just like if you dropped a glass dish. Bowls or spoons are not dishwasher proof

For hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns for earrings.
When you (as a buyer) enter into a contract with MaisyPlum, you are assumed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions, and to have agreed not to require them on paper. An item is not considered 'lost' until 25 days after posting to some locations. If something does not reach you within a reasonable time frame (according to the Royal Mail's definition for a particular postal service), please do get in touch so that the issue can be resolved accordingly. I always obtain a certificate of posting, as if unfortunately something did get lost in the post this would allow me to claim compensation from the Royal Mail. When you buy from me, you are responsible for any customs fees/taxes you are charged, so please be aware of your country’s import regulations. I'm afraid I cannot be held responsible for items damaged by customs officials.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

You have the right to cancel an order at any time from the moment you place the order until 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This 14-day period is the time you have to decide you wish to cancel and get in touch with me. Once you have got in touch about cancelling an order, you then have a further 14 days in which to return the goods if they have been dispatched. The Consumer Contracts Regulations does not give you the right to cancel an order for personalised, customised and tailor-made items, but please contact me anyway if you have any issues at all as I am always willing to try and work things out. If you do wish to return items I'm happy to refund the purchase price less postage and packing costs, provided the items are returned in perfect (resell-able) condition. If you wish to return something, you must get in touch with me within 7 days of receiving it. Just e-mail me with the relevant information. I will process your refund (of the purchase price less my postage and packaging cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned items, provided they are returned in resell-able condition. If you paid for an upgraded delivery service, this will not be refunded in full - I will only refund the amount of my standard postage and packaging service. A deduction will be made from the refund if the value of the item(s) has been reduced as the result of excessive handling, carelessness or any other reason. In returning items, you will need to pay for the return postage yourself. I strongly advise that you obtain a certificate of posting (at a minimum) from your Post Office or courier, as if the item is lost in transit you will need to be able to claim for compensation. If you are returning items to me from outside the United Kingdom, you must mark the package prominently as "Returned Goods". If you don't do this, I will unfortunately have to deduct any customs fees/tax/brokerage charges from the amount I can refund you.
